I am interested in this process. What is the cost and how does it work. Would I be,purchasing the program and then need some one capable to put it together? I am not computer savvy. Also can you add music from “ Spotify”?

Looking for a video tribute program. I have used Timeless Tributes for 20 years, they have made changes that I am not happy with. Can you give me some information. I need to do something soon. I want to know if I can use any music with your program, do you have backgrounds, effects ?
