I have been using the dvd program for just a month now and have been very successful with it up until right now when I’m having to add credits to the account. It keeps getting stuck on Validating Installation. I must have this dvd by tomorrow morning very early, any suggestions?

Joe, I started doing this about 2 months ago. I’m now averaging 90% of my families now opting for videos and I am selling about 12 videos on average per service (at 28 dollars) You were right! What a difference this makes!!!

We have offered DVD Tributes for almost 3 year now, and I can attest to the quality of your product!

I woulld like to comment on the support also. We have just started delayed webcast and DVD’s of the Funeral Service, and their memorial folder packages, as with all things new there is a learning curve! George stuck with me this morning and everthing is up and running.

Does anyone have an idea about a total package? (i.e. DVD, printed material packages) I think the form for public to purchase the DVD is a great idea.
