The Funeral industry needs to market their reputation. But most funeral homes dont seem to care like this funeral home. I bought this scathing review to their attention and the manger didn’t even care. When people search now for a funeral home in their local town and then they see one review and its scathing I can almost bet they will go somewhere else. What’s worse though is when you have 7 funeral homes come up in an area and not one has a review or even a min of 6 then the customer has not option but to shop around. But what if there was just one funeral home who had 6 or more fair to good reviews and the other funeral homes had none. Who would you go to too if you were needing a funeral director? The to key to all of this is that the funeral industry relies heavily on its reputation. Ask any funeral director – How important is your reputation? They all say – Its everything!. And yet they dont market that reputation. Here is a post I created on the exact subject and make sure you watch the video as it goes into this whole subject in great detail. https://bit.ly/MrOb1V
