Am completely amazed, no ***dumbfounded*** that this received ZERO comments. Further, am fully aware of Gerald Zaltman’s ZMET methodology [and great book “The Mind of the Consumer”] and the results it can unlock, and believe the research needed to be broadened to “death,” not just “funerals.” But above all, in the absence of seeing this research [or this blog], “Funeral Shows” is on target — not through my efforts — only by being a good listener and divine intervention.
